i have been having alot of female problems latley. I keep getting such an enormous amout of discharge its gross. what cna i do besides wear a pantyliner?? please hlep

sometimes it helps to wear a tampon along with a pad. but some people don't like tampons, so if you're okay with that, then it works for my friend.
or you could just change it more often than you normally do. relax though, sometimes it changes. sure for now it may be heavy, but then a few months later be light. no worries mi amigo.
