Question Posted Wednesday January 5 2005, 11:25 am
For about six months now, I haven't been eating very much. I never used to have a big breakfast but now it's much smaller and I only have a small cereal bar or nothing at all. I haven't eaten lunch since september. I do have a proper meal in the evening but I never really want it. It didn't really bother me until my boyfriend said that he thought I didn't eat enough. I told him not to worry but it's becoming more obvious that I'm skipping meals. I've tried telling people that it's not a problem and I honestly don't think it is. I am a perfectly normal weight for my height and I haven't been losing any weight at all. What should I tell people?

I had the same thing happen to me for one year. I had gotten sick for like 2 weeks i think i had the flu and i lost like 5 lbs cuz i wasnt eating that much. then for the rest of the year/summer i wasnt hungry like i used to be. and i was at the beginning 120 but came down to 86 lbs and i was happy with my body but my friends were like whats going on..so i told them exactly wat was goin on and they were cool..but eventually i started eating more...and more and my weight changed and i was back to where I was before...so just tell people the truth...and if they dont believe you then i would try to eat a little more...good luck...hope i helped need anymore help drop one in my inbox.

You should probably go and see your doctor before it becomes a serious problem or eating disorder. [ HyPeRhUnNi420's advice column | Ask HyPeRhUnNi420 A Question ]

YOu don't want to be like mary kate do you? just eat what you feel like is right. Eat maybe and bowl of cerel. For lunch eat a half of a sandwich and a fruit and maybe a cookie and a bottle of water. Then for dinner eat whatever your mother gives you. you don't have to eat all oh it, but most. [ jazzqueen094's advice column | Ask jazzqueen094 A Question ]
Dom answered Wednesday January 5 2005, 11:50 am: even though you not losing weight....you need to start eating. Even though it doesnt bother you, it will make other people happier if you did eat. Even just a small serving is ok, as long as you eat. I hope i helped.
