Ahh!! I hate that problem it sucks, I know. Well my sister and my best friend had REALY horrible back acne and chest acne.. My sister went to a professional and spent kind of a lot of money to get treatments for it... And after about five treatments, she cleared up.. I'm really sorry but I have no idea where she went.. She lives in a different country now so I can't talk to her.. My best friend just deals with it, she takes pills but it doesnt work too well. Guys are guys. If they see that you have back acne they might feel a little uneasy and MAYBE grossed out. Those are only the dicks though.. I say that because they once said mean stuff about my best friend when they saw her back.. It sucks, they could be jerks.. Seriously though that was like a one time only .. We've never heard ANYTHING except that, and shes had back acne for about 4 years... Sorry if this wasnt much help.. Love kristin
