weight I'm a 15/F and I've been wanting to lose weight on my belly (fat) and thighs (they're huge!) I'm 5'4" about and I weigh about 106. I only really want to lose weight on my belly and my thighs, but I don't have anything to work out with. I don't want to have an eating disorder or cut back on food (I don't think I eat THAT much). What can I do?

Just walk around yor neighborhood everyday, Dont cut back on food, cause your Weight is normal for that height. Walking around everyday will tone you up.
