How long does it take to lose 10 lbs? And what certain foods help you to lose weight faster?

Michelley answered Monday January 3 2005, 7:25 pm: You could probably loose 10 pounds in a couple weeks...there isn't really any certain foods to help you loose weight, just drinking lots of water and chewing your food 15 times before you swallow it, bc your stomach takes 20 minutes to realize its full and you don't wanna over-eat! Just don't eat any really fatty foods like hotdogs, eggs, cheese, junk food and lots of fruits and vegtables! Cosmogirl and Seventeen magazines have really good workouts in them, and you can do them @ home!
