Well, if you think the guy at your school is that type of person, then it might have been him. It is a shame that people are smoking, especially the hot ones. If he is under-age you should deffiently talk to him about it. And if you are comfortable with talking to him, you should deffiently do it! Sometimes people do stupid things beacuse they need a friend. If there was anyone else in the car with him, you might want to talk to them also, and see what was going on.
