well. im fourteen, and my mom won't let me wear thongs yet!!! my sister said if i asked her she probably would say yeah, my sisters like 28.. i have thongs and stuff, but i want to be able to bbuy them with my mom, we were in rue21. and thongs are like .99 cents each, so i thought i'd buy my friends each one for christmas, my mom let me. but she won't let me get any!!! its not like im gunna let it hang out or anything, my panty line ALWAYS shows, and people pick on me for it. what should i do? I've tried without underwear, and find it completely uncomfortable. how old were u when your mom let you wear it? thanks

well just talk to your mom and tell her everyone else wheres them and they pick on you for your panty lines! also tell her your not gonna let your thong hang out if she thinks you are. it was the summer before i went into 6th grade when my mom started letting me where them! tell your mom that your almost in high school and thats the worst place to get made fun of! maybe she will let you start wearing them! i hope everything works out!

Well, my parents have pretty much let me do whatever I want, and if they don't I do it anyway. Not that I'm a good person to look upto or anything, but me wearing thongs became an issue in 5th or 6th grade, and I told them why I wanted to wear them, and they gave me money and dropped me off at the mall with my friends. So when I was about 10 or 11. Talk to your mom about it thoroughly, so it gets through, then ask her. She should let you, but I wouldn't suggest having her go buy them with you, that would be uncomfortable for her, and probably you too. But good luck, hope I was of some help. -Angel

i started wearing them when i was 12! haha, my mom didn't know about it until like last year, when i was 14, well i dont think your mom will make you take off your thongs if she ever caught you with one on, but that will only happen if they did hang out or you wear like white jeans and a black thong (not good), im sure you go out to the mall shopping with your friends, buy them there, and just wear them, your old enough i would say! haha, plus i hope your not the slutty girl who would have them like sticking out and wear like low cut shirts so their bound to show, but i dont think you would do that, i dont think alot of girls would do that, but there are a few. your responsible of yourself, at 14 you start doing things on your own i would say, just go shopping with your friends and buy them when your together.. your mom should let you buy whatever you please! x0 Renee
