that is the website... what is it called? and how do i do a lunge

I'm not exactly sure of the website, but I'm sure you can check a search engine and type "weight and height chart" or something the along the lines. As for Lunges, If I try to explain it, you will be confused, but I know you have done them before, basically if you ask your parents or a friend, they might be able to tell you.
