tomorrow is my birthday but im not having a party cuz my parents r strict like that. family is coming over n stuff but see i havent talked to my best friend alice since the day before yesterday. i mean she knows its my b day tomorrow but idk if shes gonna come. should i invite her ne way? but i mean what would we do?

Well it is your birthday so the day is totally up to you. I would introduce her to your family and then hang out and talk open presents and let her help ya then im sure once the presents are open you wont have a problem!! lol presents are always fun!! I would call her just be like hey can you come over tomorrow? Im sure she will know why if not then just let her know. But if she is your best friend then it shouldnt be to hard to have fun!!
