Question Posted Thursday December 30 2004, 1:37 pm

Hi I really hope you can help me here. I'm 14 and have been going out with my 16 year old boyfriend for 4 months and hes a sweetheart but all the sudden hes into drugs and two nights ago he forced me to have sex with him after he got really high. He also let slip after he raped me that he has herpes! I know you are probably going to tell me to tell a "trusted adult" but I have problems trusting people and I'm really not comfortable telling anyone but I'm also worried about my health now. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks much.

first, yo need to DUMP HIM. rape is a serious crime. if i were you, i would go to the police before anything. No matter how much of a sweetheart he was, he chose drugs over you. you CANNOT put up with the physical abuse.
as for health, you could try finding a free clinic somewhere in you area. most can keep things entirely anonymous and still treat you for what needs to be treated.
