Friendship Troubles

Question Posted Tuesday December 28 2004, 5:16 pm

Dear American Girl,
I have this friend that I used to be really close with. Anyways, there are alot of girls that like him as more then a friend. He's just my friend and he'll probobly never be more then that (because I like this boy at school) but it still is weird because I NEVER get to hang out with him anymore. What should I do to avoid all the girls who like him?

Well tell him that you feel unconfortible with all this girl looking at him and flirting with him and stuff. And ask if you to can just have some alone time as friends. He is one of your best friends I'm sure he'll be open to the idea. <3 American Girl
