Hey Advicenator Giver! lol
I'm trying to lose weight for prom in like 5 months and I just eating. But then I went out this diet it didnt help much so what kind of diet should I use or some course I can follow

Well try working out and things like that. Just eat healthy. And try to cut back on sweets.Try south beach diet and other diets. Good Luck
