i am a frequent babysitter, and believe me it isn't easy when the kids decide to act up. but i have a simple warning plan that never fails! it has 3 strikes, everytime they misbehave they gain a strike. when they get to 3 strikes they have to go to their room for the rest of the day/night. this never occurs though because once a strike has been givin, they can work it off by doing something good. cleaning the room, helping with dinner. my kids really like the responsibility and always obey to this system.
good luck,
