hey im having alot of trouble because i am almost positive my best friend has an eating disorder and it is really scaring me because i dont know how i could talk to other people or confront her about it. i think she is bulimic and i cant stop thinking about her doing this to herself and i feel weird around her. It is really worrying me cause i dont know how to help and i dont want her to get hurt or keep doing this. what do u think i should do???

Confront her about the problem and work something out. If she is refusing to talk to you or tell you anything, try going to her parents or an administrator at your school. If you did decide to confront her about it, make sure it is only the two of you talking and no one else. You could call her or talk to her online. Tell her how you are feeling and that this is hurting you. Make sure that she knows that there is a problem and it needs to be fixed. You may need some time and you might not be able to find the words to explain it, but at least try. Don't let this situation get too out of hand, take action now.
