Period.
I'm 14 and i still haven't started my period. Is there something wrong with me? all my friends in the locker room talk about it sometimes (which is just a little akward when you really haven't experienced it.) i mean i know what happens and how people deal with it, but it just hasn't happened. One of my friends started in 5th grade!
Is this normal?

Stress can cause your period to be late. You should not add the stress of "Is there something wrong with me" to your life. No, there is absolutely nothing wrong with you.
I have an aunt that didn't start until she was 16. Even later in life is not bad. Don't be ashamed that you haven't started yet, and don't let anyone tell you that it's abnormal that you haven't started yet.
Mother's can be excellent sources of information when it comes to this stuff. I know it might be embarrassing, but chances are that she wants to be able to talk freely about this stuff with you. That's one of the wonderful things that mother's are there for. -womanly advice.
