A female has to worry about becoming loose when she gives birth. Basically, when your young, have not had sex at all, and have not used tampons or masturbated, then you are as tight as your going to get. The more you have sex, or stick anything up there, then the more you are going to get stretched out, and the looser you become.
I don't really know how else to explain it.
