i feel vastly uncomfortable when people start talking about jews. not in an "oh i hate jews" sort of way. because i am, "half jewish", shall we say. its like i listen extra hard, to make sure nothing bad is said. but i never get like that when people talk about christianity ( my dads christian). its like they could trash with that, i wont care, but trash jews, perks my ears.
how do i become more comfortable with this? because it seems everywhere i turn i hear someone talking about what Hitler did to jews this, or how stupid our customs are that. it really angers me.
From your question, it seems like you get mad whenever Jews as a subject comes into the conversation. I suggest you talk to your mother or other Jewish relatives and see how they deal with this. They might have the same issues. [ GeekGirl's advice column | Ask GeekGirl A Question ]
