It's an offensive term for a woman's vagina. Some women have tried to reclaim it (in the way that some homosexuals reclaim 'faggot' as their own, or some African Americans call each other 'nigger'), but most people consider it exremely offensive, and as such, I'm not going to approve this question for the general board.
