What is a good way to do eyeliner to make it really bring out your eyes.. i try putting it on the top and bottom but i can never get it on the top, i always do just the bottom but that doesnt really make me look all that great, can you tell me some eyeliner tips? by the way ur super pretty!

On the top, layer it a lot. And also make sure you put eyeliner under the cease to because yeah the inside smears off but if you put it under your eye it stays on all day. sorry it took awhile to answer I was busy.
