okay...well casually ask her out maybe start by asking her if she wants to go the movies, and then start from there make it simple make sure you actually like this girl and you know her before you ask her out because in the middle of the relationship she may not seem what you thought she was. After you feel more comfortable ask her out. Just be like hey i really like you and id like to take it up another step maybe as bf and gf and see what she says maybe she'll say yes maybe she'll say no but dont think negatively. Um, as far as flirting goes id say maybe play with her hair and hold her hand just joke around with her, put your arm around her waist or shoulders.
