well im 13 (white) and this 15 year old (black)..likes me and a lot i guess. i dont no what to do, im not racist but i dont want to hurt his feelings..ive never been in a situation like this b4..please help

if you dont like him, dont force yourself to go out wtih him, tell him that you could be friends or something. you could even just hang-out at the mall with friends to see if you really like him, yet your friends will be there that way he wont try to do stuff with you, you could even explain to him that you like someone else (if you do) but dont lie to him and make up excuses not to see him cause that will make you seem racist even though you arent.. <3
