I'm 5'4-5'5 and im about 118 pounds.. am I'm 13.. am I to fat?

No, you are not fat. Everybody asks these questions, and the majority of them are actually underweight. But you are right where you are supposed to be. Actually you could be a little heavier. If you go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) it will tell you that your body mass index is 20. And this is what it says about you: "Perfect score!! Good Job!! Stay like you are!!". Don't worry about your weight, you're just fine.
