my friend ****** likes this guy ****** and she won't tell him how she feels, so how do i get her to tell him? huh? how?! answer me!

Well, you really can't MAKE her talk to him. But you could encourage her. Tell her to be brave and strike up a conversation with him. Maybe talk about a test, the weather, or what he wants for the Holidays. Keep it working from there. At a school dance, encourage her to ask him to dance!
