how do you get inbox? and why don't i have any? and what is inbox? i rate high no stupid answers please

Under "Welcome (Your username)" the first thing it says is "Inbox" when you get a question it will say "1 new" next to the word inbox.

The inbox is where you'd get any questions asked directly to you, as opposed to question asked to the site as a whole. People are able to ask each other questions directly.
