well icons arent that hard to make but you have to have a program to make them, which costs like 50-up dollars! there not any sites that come to my mind about that but you could go to imbum.com and ask someone there to make an icon they have really cute ones

you go to psp.com (paint shop pro) and u download it .. i HAD it but i hadda reload my computer so it deleted it .. but u can make really nice icons
