I'm not necessarily "Fat," but I'm bigger than most girls. I'm 13, and I weigh 156 lbs. By summer 05, I'd like to be able to wear a bikini. I want to try to loose 50 pounds in 6 months. I think that's a healthy goal, right? After I loose the weight, I'd like to get into shape. Whenever I gain ANY weight, it goes STRAIGHT to my lovehandles...not a very attractive place. I'd like to loose the weight, keep it off, and get into shape. I'd really like some tips, if anybody can give me any. Thanks!
