I got over it realizing that my body was good and I shouldn't want to change it. If you're anerixic maybe, when you recover and begin to eat again you gain weight :( so I decided that inside of not eating recovering and gaining weight I'd just eat heatlhy and exercise :) lol but as far as cutting. Every teenage has their emotional destresses and unfortunately a lot resort to cutting. I can't really recommend any websites sry I dont know any but I can help you. Don't cut, I'm sure you know all the problems with it. Cutting is a way of feeling pain, making sure you're still alive, or possibly even getting rid of emotions. Use this anger sadness despair or whatever emotion in another way. Write in a journal about how you feel. Take some time to yourself to just express yourself, draw play an instrument anything. Wear a rubberband around your wrist..whenever you feel the urge to cut just snap it really hard. It inflicts pain on you just like cutting but there are no dangerous physical problems attached. You could possibly find a pillow or paper or something to tear or cut just not yourself. Always wear the rubberband it really does work, good luck sweetie I know how tough it can be, drop one in my inbox if you need anything else I'm always listening [ misunderstood64's advice column | Ask misunderstood64 A Question ]

Try going to google and type in your problems, there are HEAPS of sites out there that can help you! [ Fran's advice column | Ask Fran A Question ]
