I don't know what to do I have been chewing for abou 5 months now and i need to quit but everytime i try i can't. Do you have any suggestions to help me quit?

I don't really know. I have never chewed before, so I wouldn't know how hard it is to quit. Maybe just set a goal to start chewing less and less each day and maybe eventually you will quit
