well ally, i have this friend who lives way far away and we actually i have never met her and i love her tons and tons. i want to know how i can see her sooner and more often

Well, I would highly recommened moving closer to this person. That usually works out pretty well.
As far as seeing her sooner, thats something that you will have to take up with her. I'm sure she just as anxious to see you. If you love her so much, i would highly recommend marrying her.
