WEll first of all, dont think of yourself as "fat". You just look different than other people. Who says that the people you compare yourself to arent just too skinny?? But as far as the junk food...instead of reaching for a bag of chips, reach for an apple. Or sometimes, depending on the reason you eat junk food, (boredom, nothing to do or just because you're used to it), try chewing a piece of gum...sometimes when im hungry, i chew on a piece of gum and it seems to make me forget about being hungry. Or when you go out somewhere with your friends, mayb try not to ordering that ice cream that theyre getting or that cheese fry that your friends ((HAVE)) to have. Eventually youll see that living without as much junkfood isnt soo bad. Youll be happier with the way you look and feel about yourself!
Hope I Helped!!
