Hey, i have a person right now who cuts and i really want her to stop. I also use to cut and I know that it's very hard. The best way is to get help from somone. (like a counluler) It seems very gay, and it did to me, but by getting one in the long run it really helped me out and i'm glad my friend told somone about it and helped me get throught cutitng. It's nice having friends there to support you. Or now just be there for her and let her know you love her and dont want her to cut. If the cuts get deeper then you should tell an adult. Good luck!
