HELP!

Im an 18 yr old half italian guy. i go to highschool, i work, and im about to start college on top of highschool, i just got a bunch of new bills so now i need a second job again, and im already lacking on sleep and im starting to mentally deteriorate, im losing my temper alot quicker, and i can feel my "surpressed rage" according to my doctor, and my clinical depression resurfacing, and im tryin not to crack. not to mention im fighting the urge to wel...im a goody goody in a certain way, and im fighting the urge of losing that. so right now, im goin nuts, someone please help me!

Hey there..Im really sorry for what youre going through.. If you truely dont want to crack, there is really only one solution to this, DONT LET YOURSELF. I think its awesome that your being really responsible, and it sounds like you have a ton going for you and that is awesome.. When you feel like youre breaking down, thats only your mind!!!! BUT if you combine your heart and your mind together, and tell yourself CALM DOWN, and just take a deep breath and relax, its going to be okay.. You are the only thing that can help YOU.. You cant take any kind of medicine, etc. Im sure you know all that. When you feel like breaking down, dont let yourself. Stop whatever it is your doing and repeat these words to yourself, " [YOUR NAME], I AM SUCH A GREAT GUY, AND I HAVE SO FRIGGIN MUCH GOING FOR MYSELF. JUST CALM DOWNNN IM FINEEEE.. JUST CALM DOWN, RELAX, BREATH.." just keeep on telling yourself that. If you really want to help yourself, you have to teach your mental mind to not overload itself with stress because you have enough physical tasks to accomplish during your every day.
