well i dunno how to tell u to stop. u jus have to realize that hurting urself isnt a way of relieving other pain. ask ur self why u do it. then ask urself if ur firends found out or ur family would it hurt them. and is it worth throwing ur life away? i feel bad bc i had a friend who did it. and it scared me so much i actually cried. but i told her how i felt and how scared i was and that it isnt worth willing to die. im sure u have ur reasons but im telling you its not worth it. and asking me, and admitting to me u have a problem and u want to stop.. thats a step forward. if u need someone to talk to u can talk to me. im a great listener and i dont judge. but ask urself those Q's and see where it leads u. instead of taking ur anger out on urself u can do it in writing or something that doesnt have to deal with u hurting urself.
