Well first of all.... your special in your own little way and you dont need to be like someone but yourself! who cares if she is more popular then you? the only way she is, is because she is older and has probably been in your position before! Now about the beauty... your beautiful on the inside and that is ALL that matters! And for the older part.... you can't do anything about that sweetie.... she is always going to be older then you and you will always be younger! So that you will have to deal with! I hope i helped
