okay theres this boy..his names jake and me and him arent together but he likes me and i relaly like him and im in texsa on vacation and he was like i miss you so much..and theni went out for the day wt myparents and i came back and hes acting differnt..like he doesnt care about me anymore :-/ and i seriously will go crazy if what we have is fadding away cause REALLY care about him..what should i say too im to see if we are both still on the same page?

Well, Kiddo, I think it's time to move on! A lot of relationships are based on just the rush of excitement and after a while they dwindle down. Maybe that's just it for him. Move on kid, he's not the only fish in the sea.
But you wanted to know if you were on the same page? Well, you could sit down and talk. Or you could casually ask him how things were when you were gone. Did he meet any new people? *hint hint*

ANYWAYS, honestly. no matter HOW old you are, your never to young to move on. Just because your in Texas on vacation shouldnt change how he feels about you. If hes going to act all weird then screw him! Honestly, there are SO many more guys out there..you just need to find that one PERFECT guy. I understand you really care about him, but maybe you need to tell him how you feel. Tell him what your feeling and why, make him listen and understand.
