Crunches

Hey. What are crunches? I was thinking crunches were sit-ups, but they must be something different. Thanks =)

they are almost the same but you have to cross your legs lift them up a lil bit and then do like sit ups if you want any more help ask me questions

they are like sit-ups but you only go 1/2 way up...they are said to be better then sit ups

Crucnhes are like small sit-ups. Instead of going all the way up to your knees you go half way and then u go down
