Dear Andrea,
I've never actually been able to tell anyone this, but I decided to tell you because I know I can trust you. Well I think I am fat.. im 5'3 and a half and weigh idk like 111? something like that I have been eating less and watching my weight but the more and more I have been doing this the less I eat... I can't help it, I have skipped a few meals already please help I don't know what to do... Thanks for your help!!! LyL:)

1) If you do skip meals you gain weight (looong sciece thing that i dont want to explin it will take forever) lol and yes you will gain weight you may think that you are but you are 2) right now I am on a deit too and i am not going to the snak bar at luch and i am eiter having the lunch or making a salad and bringing it to school..if you see food on the counter at your house or anywhere are you arnt hungry DONT EAT IT! that is a hard one for me lol 3) you are xNOTx fat if you are around 111 you are in the "zome" of the weight you are supposed to be! so i think that if you really feel that you need to go on a diet do it the healthy way please! i Love you! if you need anything else..im here for you!
