Okay, down to the matter at hand, first thing you need to do is check if any of your friends know him and could introduce you. If you have no one, then you must abandon your shy nature and say hello to him. Smile and laugh and maybe pick up a conversation after school, when there's more time, saying something like "Oh hey! You're the guy I met today!" and continue.
Last resort, follow spike's advice. [ Farren's advice column | Ask Farren A Question ]

It would also be a good idea to write him a note and tell him how you feel. If you want to know how he feels, then you should ask him in the note and ask him to write you back. When you see him in the hallways again, you can get the note from him and read it and you might find out that he feels the same way about you. Alot of people are very shy, but if you really wanna get to know someone you have to start talking to them and find some way to interact with them. You could also invite him to do something with you when you are both free, like over the weekend. [ PrEtTyKiTtY0428's advice column | Ask PrEtTyKiTtY0428 A Question ]

Then go from there! Just start talking to him and then see what happens! Good luck! XOXO BRANDI [ xoxoBRANDIoxox's advice column | Ask xoxoBRANDIoxox A Question ]
