is canada cold i live in TEXAS texas is the coolest place on the face of this planet (behing california of course though)

it depends where in Canada you live. I live in Ontario and we have all four seasons, and in the winter it can get pretty chilly. British Columbia doesn't get any snow, but places like Nunavut and the North West Territories are pretty much perma snow.

I'd have to disagree with Texas being the coolest place on the planet, since George Bush is from there and all.
