I realize that, I just want to know since she is on the title I am assuming her responsibilites are equal to mine?
I do thank you anyhow,,,at least you didn't use filty words like some people out here.

I would say your absolute best bet would be to contact the bank or the organization that you took the loan out with. If you are still both signed under the loan together, then you share the responsibility. What did you use for collateral? If it was something of yours, then you had better get in contact with the bank that you signed the loan with as soon as possible.

I don't know for sure, because every loan is very different, so I can't stress enough how important it is to get in contact with the bank that you signed the loan under. They can at least try and help you, or at least clarify.
