Crest White strips

Does anyone know if crest white strips work?

They worked for me, but I had a little problem with falling asleep, for some odd reason i kept thinking to myself that the strips would come off while I'm sleeping and I would choke on them in my sleep. But never did that happen.

<u>Pro:</u>
-Whitens the teeth

<u>Con:</u>
-Less sleep
