S_C answered Wednesday November 3 2004, 3:14 pm: You brush your teeth. Then you place the white strips on. After the amount of designated time to use them, you take them off. Then of course you brush! Simply, brush before and after you place them on, otherwise they won't work the way they're supposed to, or atleast they won't help as much.
And when I say brush, I mean if you use them in the morning or something. Unless you use them over an hour before bed, because you should wait an hour or longer before brushing them again.

Because if you did brush your teeth right after you would be brushing away the whitening substance. I love Crest White Strips by the way, use them everyday! :)
