Hey! IDK how to explain this so i will do the best i can! Well, you know how when you IM somebody, that sometimes, on the bottom or middle of the screen, it says for example 'xxprincess11 is typing'... (im just using an example screenname) and so I want to know how you get that on you computer? Cause I sometimes get that, but only when I am IMing certain sn's! please help and i hope this isnt confusing... Thanks!

But from what I understand of your situation, such is the case because some people choose to select this option ( Found under the Peferences, IM Tab) If the user you are chatting with doesn't have this selected then you will noty be able to see when they are typing a message. People can see you are typing so long as you have this feauture active. Also, when you directly connect with a buddy, you can automatically (even if noone's boxes are checked) see who is typing when.
