Tell him you like him. Or start flirting more. Just try to make it obvious you like him if you can't stand telling him straight up. You could also try having your friends talk to him. Also, try calling him sometime or maybe go to a movie with your friends and his friends. Hope this helps.

it seems like the simplest question but its not. my best advice is just to be straight up about it. its no good playing games. if he likes you then awesome and if not well then its more time you havent wasted on some stuid guy when you could be out finding prince charming.

well if hes single he has the right to flirt w/ anyone he wants if u wanna go out wit him ask him and if u do jus make sure hes not flirting with other gurls while u go out. hope i helped
