Michelley answered Monday November 1 2004, 6:41 pm: Eat healthier foods...like instead of getting chips or chandy for a snack get an apple! And also try excercising a lot. Like if you aren't in shape, try walking for 2 minutes, then jogging for 2 minutes, then walking, then jogging. Do it for a half hour 3 times a week. Then start doing it more often and jogging for longer. Oh I just remmebered it's starting to get cold outside. Well every month in Seventeen magazine they have a different work out. They're really really good!! So you should def. get that magazine (*if you don't have it already) Also you can just go to wal-mart and buy some weights or other exercise equipment and just use them. My mom work @ Curves and a lot of people loose weight there...I don't really go there because the spray they use to disinfect the machines makes me sick..lOl but I go sometimes because my parents make me...
