Sherry answered Monday November 1 2004, 4:24 pm: Hey, ok you can do all those diets that everyone loves but you always gain the weight back. You need to change your lifestyle and stick with it for a while so you can lose the weight. Eat 3 meals a day, no snacks in between unless their like a apple or something. Also, make sure the snacks are small. only drink water and crystal light. NO soda and juice..its all sugary andif you just cut back on that you'll lose lots of weight. For a few weeks cut back on ALL junk food..but after a while you can always have something sweet but not all the time. Exercise a lot..start walking for 20 min a day, then a few days after walking, jog, and then after a few days of jogging start running. I know lots of people who did this for a few months, lost a lot of weight. They then, stopped and gained ALL the weight back. So just stick to it, eat healthy and exercise and you'll lose the weight plus keep it off. Do pilates for your legs, get a pilates video at valmart, target, etc. for $10. Good luck.
