... What do i do when my boyfriend gives me permission to have sex with one of his friends while he is in the same house as us when i didnt even mention ANYTHING about it?

If your boyfriend says something like that, he obviously doesn't care what happens to your relationship. Or maybe he thought you were flirting with him and was being sarcastic. If not, then that's pretty fucked up that he would give you permission. I think you should ask him what he meant by it and if he really cares about you.
