Afro??

Okay...long story short...i need an afro by halloween! i was going to get my hair braided then leave it in and just take it down on Halloween nite but ive missed that stop so now i need to know how to make my hair a huge afro. dont tell me wigs or anything because if all else fails thats what ill do but right now i wanna try my real hair??? any suggestions anyone??? no smart ass comments from jackasses this time thnkx

im gonna be a thug/gansta we u wanna call it....dont comment on what i am gonna be cuz i asked about a fro....not ur lame opinions! but thnkx to everyone whos answered so far!!!!! btw i dunno if it matters but i have loooooonnnng hair!!!! like down to the middle of my back n maybe even lower than that!!!! thnkx eryone!.

I was a thug this past halloween i have long blonde hair.. so i couldnt make it a fro.. plus im girl so i just tied a bandanna around my head like tupac! try that! and braid it too. sorri no afro ideas!

whoa...with hair that long giving yourself a 'fro may be tough. I'm not sure if this will work but after you wash your hair (don't put any products in it) blow dry it. Then use a wide tooth comb to tease it (this meaning combing up instead of down). After you tease it take LOADS of hairspray and put it all over your hair, maybe even some wax-spray for extra hold. Again, i'm not sure if this will work...your hair may not be curly but it will be 'fro-ish.

I don't think you can do that with really long hair. It would turn out to be the size of a house or something wouldn't it?

well what i did was i scrunched my hair and then kept it in all night with like crappy small braids in (i did myself!) not like cornrows but like just tiny ones and took it out the day after and it was huge afroy lol<3
