You just answered a question how you said that you drank alot of water and you saw improvment in your weight? Well sorry about all the questions but how much weight did you loose? Did you do anything else like exercise or diet? Has the weight stayed off? Sorry about the questions it's just that I wanna loose weight and I have always battled with weight issues. And I am willing to try anything. So I was wondering if you could tell me what you did cause it sounds like you have gone through this. I have alot of gorgeous friends and I feel left out at times and I just want to look in the mirror and like what I see and be confident again. At school I seem pretty confident and I have alot of friends but I just wish that I could loose maybe 10-15 pounds and I hope before Christmas or is that an unhealty goal? Please answer me. I will rate high!
btw.....I am 13 years old. Thanks again*

I did not (sadly enough) stick to the water diet. But, I can tell you that it does work. You see, I took health last year, and my health teacher lost many many pounds doing that. Of course, he if physically fit (you know excersises and all). But I know that as long as you eat right and do drink a lot of water, over time it will work. I do still recomend that you do excersise a bit, and live right. FOr more info, try:
