get a really obviously not real blonde wig, wear tons of pink and other bright colors, bright colored heels, wear hair down, wear a padded bra to make them look very big, obvious makeup.... have fun with it..

Ive done that for halloween put temporary hair color spray from a can from a halloween store. Wear a mini skirt, and TIGHT shirt that has no words. Make the colors bright and fun. We did lime green tanktop, with a hot pink skirt. Fishnets always are fun, with heels or boots, wear lots of makeup and bring a purse. And voala barbie. Thats what we did.
